Zen Life Studio in Newtown is a beautiful setting in a 'glass cube' with views out to the horizon, near the river in Newtown.
Group Acupuncture:
Combines ancient wisdom, sacred geometry, tree of life, the chakra system and acupuncture.
Transformative Qigong Movement:
Qigong moving meditation for quantum alignment. Create grounded presence, regulate emotions and raise our frequency through beautiful, graceful movements.
Mandala Co-creation:
Creating our reality from a heart-centered perspective. Discover the power our creative mind has to magentise our ideas into reality through fifth dimensional or unity consciousness.
Transformative Qigong Movement:

Meet Dr. Kerry Posniak (TCM)
Kerry is a leader in the field of bioenergetics and Qigong transformative movement. For the past 20 years she has been helping clients regain their spark by using her unique method of transformative movement & integrative Chinese medicine.
Kerry teaches students how to reclaim their energy, without overwhelm, regulate their nervous systems, and bounce back from life's challenges. Kerry is a doctor of Chinese Medicine and a medical Qigong facilitator.
Her mission is to empower you in feeling lit up on all levels, so you can fulfil your potential.
